Your body isn’t working against you. It may simply need a different kind of support.
I help women in midlife understand what their bodies are asking for so they can restore energy, regulate stress and rebuild strength from the inside out.
Explore Ways to Work With Me
You’ve spent years caring for everyone else. Now your body is asking to be heard.
Maybe you’re eating well and exercising, yet the weight is no longer responding the way it once did. You may be dealing with low energy, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog or a body that feels more sensitive to stress.
It can be frustrating—especially when you’re told that everything looks “normal” or that you simply need to try harder.
I want you to know this: you are not lazy, undisciplined or failing. Midlife brings real changes to your hormones, metabolism, muscle, sleep and nervous system. Your body may not need more pressure. It may need a more thoughtful, personalized approach.
Hi, I’m Tina Simpson
I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner, cancer nutrition counselor, certified personal trainer and lifelong movement teacher. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped women become stronger, move with confidence and feel more at home in their bodies.
My work has also been shaped by my own health journey. I’ve navigated infertility, the transition into menopause and colorectal cancer. These experiences changed the way I understand wellness. They taught me that healing is not about chasing perfection or forcing the body to comply. It begins with listening, creating safety and supporting the whole person.
I know how vulnerable it can feel when your body changes, when the answers are unclear or when you no longer recognize yourself. I also know how powerful it can be to finally understand what may be contributing to the way you feel—and to have a realistic path forward.
That is the kind of support I created Integrative Body Solutions to provide.
You are more than a list of symptoms.
The body’s systems do not work in isolation. Hormones can influence sleep, mood and metabolism. Stress can affect digestion, recovery and energy. Nutrition, movement, life experiences and the nervous system all contribute to how you feel.
Instead of focusing on a single symptom, I take the time to understand the larger story. Together, we look for patterns and build practical support around your current season of life.
My approach is evidence-informed, integrative and deeply personal. Depending on your needs, our work may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, appropriate movement, stress and nervous-system support, and at-home functional lab testing. The goal is not to overwhelm you with another rigid plan. It is to help you understand your body and make changes you can actually sustain.

A little more about me-
I believe wellness should help you participate more fully in your life—not make your life revolve around wellness.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me dancing, teaching movement, riding dirt bikes or enjoying the mountains near my home in Montana.
These are the things that remind me what feeling well is really for: having the energy, freedom and confidence to live a life you love.
That is what I want for every woman I work with.
